Title added with option unchecked

Hello,

Below are my settings. I’d like to only have the Alt Text filled, but instead the Title field is filled as well with the filename. I am using the Divi theme, and I suspect that it fills this field automatically.

Has anyone had this problem before? Is there a way to not have this title?

PS: If I understand correctly, I would need to buy the PRO version to have the first letter of the Alt Text capitalized?
